Booking Policy
All appointments require a booking fee of 50%.
This fee is redeemable at anytime, and is held as a credit on your file in the case of a no show or late cancellation.
This fee is not refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes are welcomed outside of the 24hr period before your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hrs can make it hard for us to fill that slot. However, we understand that changes happen day to day and you may need to move your appointment. If you cancel the day of your appointment, we will waive the 50% fee as long as we can fill the timeslot. If we can not fill the timeslot, your 50% fee will apply and you will need to pay another deposit for your next appointment.
No Show Policy
Please understand that your appointment time was set aside just for you, and that we've reserved space and a therapist, specifically for you!
If you do not turn up to your appointment, a charge of 100% of the service amount will be made on the card you left on file, OR if a deposit was paid you than forfeit the deposit and will be billed the remaining 50%. This must be paid before you can rebook with us.
Child Policy
We ask that you please come to your appointment alone, although babies in prams are welcome. Our space is often solitude, peace and quiet for our clients to relax.
This also allows you to enjoy your treatment time alone. We work best on your service when we aren't watching and occupying children, you deserve our full attention!
Our salon has some un-safe spaces for children e.g under the electric treatment beds, hot wax pots etc. We take no responsibilty for accidents that may occur.
